a. External Hosting

Since this website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster), the personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster’s servers. This may include, but is not limited to, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact information, names, website accesses and other data generated by a website. We use the hoster for the purpose of fulfilling a contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfil its service obligations.

For this we use the following hoster:

Greenhost

Tallinn, Estonia

b. Contact form

Nature and purpose of the processing:

If you contact us via our contact form or send us an e-mail, the data you enter will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address and your name. This serves to assign the inquiry and its answer afterwards. The provision of further data is optional.

Legal basis:

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

By providing the contact form, we would like to make it easy for you to contact us. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for possible follow-up questions, and will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the inquiry has been fulfilled.

Provision prescribed or necessary:

The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your request if you provide us with your name, your e-mail address and the reason for the request.

Storage period:

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until your inquiry has been answered. The purpose for the data storage is not applicable after the processing of your inquiry has been completed. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

c. Newsletter

Type of data and purpose of processing:

For the delivery of our newsletter, we collect personal data, such as name and e-mail address, which are transmitted to us via an input mask. In addition, our website records the IP address that you used when you registered for the service, to prevent misuse.

For an effective registration we need a valid e-mail address. In order to verify that a registration is actually made by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the “double opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, we log the registration for the newsletter, the sending of a confirmation mail and the receipt of the hereby requested answer. Further data is not collected.

Legal basis:

On the basis of your expressly granted consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), we will send you our newsletter or comparable information regularly via e-mail to your specified e-mail address.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time with effect for the future. You will find a corresponding link in every newsletter. You can also unsubscribe directly on this website at any time or inform us of your revocation using the contact details at the end of this data protection notice.

Sending Service

The MailPoet Sending Service is used for sending the newsletter. A DPA (data processing agreement) has been concluded with the newsletter service provider MailPoet for data protection purpose.

Apart from the e-mail address, no identifiable information is recorded outside this website.

Storage period:

The data will only be processed in this context as long as the appropriate consent has been obtained. Afterwards it will be deleted.

Provision prescribed or necessary:

The provision of your personal data is voluntary, solely based on your consent. Unfortunately, we cannot send you our newsletter without existing consent.

Revocation of consent:

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time with effect for the future. The cancellation can be requested via the link contained in each e-mail or by contacting the person responsible for data protection listed below.

You can find more detailed information about data processing by Google in the Google data protection information: https://policies.google.com/privacy. There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection center.

Detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in connection with Google products can be found here: https://www.dataliberation.org.

By visiting the website, Google receives information that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our website. If you are logged in at Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account.

If you do not want the assignment in your profile on Google, you must log out of Google before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its websites. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide need-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

The provider does not currently offer any possibility for a simple opt-out or blocking of data transmission. In this case, however, your use of our website may be restricted.

SSL Encryption

This site uses, in addition to secure hosting and firewalls, for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, SSL or TLS encryption (data protection through technology Article 25 paragraph 1 DSGVO). The encrypted connection can be recognized by the small lock symbol in the browser line and by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://”. If the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Storage of personal data

Unless a more specific storage period has been mentioned within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for which it was collected ceases to apply (for example when your request has been answered or you unsubscribe from the newsletter). If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted immediately unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. tax or commercial law retention periods); in the latter case, the deletion will take place after these reasons have ceased to apply.

  • Objection to the processing of your data (Art. 21 DSGVO)
  • Data transferability, if you have given your consent to data processing or have concluded a contract with us (Art. 20 DSGVO).

In the event of violations of the DSGVO, those affected have a right of appeal to a
supervisory authority. The right of appeal is unaffected by other administrative or judicial remedies.
